Delivery & returns
We deliver across the UK by pallet. Delivery is one flat £99.99 charge per order, whether you buy one chair or ten.
- Pallets are delivered kerbside by tail lift. The driver can't come inside, so please have two people on hand to move it in.
- We'll confirm a delivery day with you.
- Someone will be in contact before delivery please make them aware If access is tight or restricted for a lorry.
If you're buying as an individual, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery as long as the chair is unused and in its original packaging. Just contact us and we'll arrange the return.
