FAQs

How long can I rent a reformer for?

Home rentals have a minimum term of 4 months. Studio rentals have a minimum term of 8 months. However you can rent for as long as you need, longer-term rentals are reviewed and may qualify for a lower monthly rate

How does the deposit work?

The deposit is fully refundable. The only time part of it is ever kept is if a machine comes back with major damage or missing parts, which is extremely rare.

Can I add reformers onto my outstanding rental agreement?

Many studios start with 3/4 reformers to test demand and add more as they grow. We’ll always aim to make this as simple and flexible as possible.

Do you offer Pilates reformer rentals across the UK?

Yes. We provide Pilates reformer rentals / hire across the UK for studios, teachers and trainers looking for flexible, professional equipment without large upfront costs.

What's the lead time?

Availability changes regularly. If a reformer isn’t immediately available, we operate a waitlist and will notify you as soon as one becomes free.
